Hi Julie, I was a flight attendant with Hughes Airwest when you started. We were in Phoenix, then in SF. You invited me to your house, I think it was Livermore, and I remember your cute little bird. Iā€™ve often thought about you and wondered how you were doing. Looks like youā€™ve had an interesting and incredible life. So proud of you accomplishments. Would love to hear from you.

Hi Julie, I had the pleasure meeting you at Victor Aviation back in 1996/7. I was Victors Test Cell operator at the time. I just wanted to say hello and wish the very best to you. You will always be remembered as a class act, both on and off the ground.Thank you for your contributions to aviation.

Hi Julie, Just wanted to stop by and say hello and thank you for everything you have done to pave the path for females in aviation. I am honored to be a WAI member and have you to look up to. Until last night I was unaware that not only my dad, Joe Raco (NWA mechanic) sat next to you on a MSP- SMF flight years back (we live in Foresthill) but a dear friend Beth Ertz also knows you! I told them both they have been holding out on me! I enjoyed their stories of you very much. I had no idea I was at airshows with my dad as a child watching you fly! I look forward to meeting you in person one day! Until then, safe skies!

Wow Julie it's been six decades since we were both airline brats in the Pacific Airline days Our dads were friends and captains on the same aircraft back in the early 60s . Later I was your crew scheduler when you were based in Las Vegas I got a Julie story for you and your fans. When you were first starting in the right seat of the F27 (from the same fleet you dad flew) Capt Jeff Engelskjen tells the story. That you and he were flying into Grand Canyon on a windy turbulent day it was your leg and you were working hard on the controls . He had a bad experience with the first woman pilot who threw up her hands in the same conditions. But not you. High altitude hot summer crosswinds thermals going off all around. He thought he might have to help you...but no you were lock to lock on the controls. The nose of the F-27 was locked on the centerline. You flew her down and greased a one wheel landing with a stiff cross wind. Jeff told me you were the best stick pilot. Funny how you became one of the best acro stick pilots around. e-mail me and lets talk story

Dear Julie , I am circling your airport not quite sure of the proper procedure so please forgive me if I bounce when I arrive. I was at Sun nFun last year standing with Greg "boss Wooldridge and his wife Debra during your final performance. My friend Buck Ober and I were honored to be guests of the Navy Blue Angels via my friend Greg. Buck worked with Tom Reilly on the XP 82 project. Stevenson is East of Portland in the Columbia River Gorge. Our little " unlikely airstrip" is called Keyway 19WA We just had an informal flyin and called it the Freedom Rendezvous the weekend following Memorial Day a tribute to all of those who held the line for our nation. Greg was on hand to bless that occasion. In the recent past we have had guests at our place including: Laura Hillenbrand author of Seabiscuit and Unbroken who came and interviewed my wife's uncle John Luke the last survivor of the original crew of the B17 "909" who flew over Normandy on D-Day. Also on another occasion we had Lt. Col. Richard E. Cole as our guest for the same purpose. He was schedule to be at Sun n Fun last year with you but went into the hospital and subsequently passed away at 103. Getting to the touch down zone! We have an annual fly in the weekend after Labor Day the same weekend of the Hood River Fly in, Hood River is the home of the largest collection of classic GA aircraft. We would be honored to have you as our guest at Keyway during that weekend. Your example of a true patriot blesses so many Americans. We want to share our corner of America with you. Bring your plane and your dog and be prepared to meet some interesting and interested folk who love this country to. Greg would be blessed to fly with you again. With deepest respect Jay Hafford. Dear Julie,I want to warn you right off that I may talk a little like you fly but not so artistic. (In circles). I was at Sun n Fun and watched your final show standing with Greg and Debra Wooldridge. My friend Buck Ober and I were honored to be the special guests of the Navy Blue Angels via Greg "boss" Wooldridge, a long and amazing story I would love to share with you. We just had our Spring fly-in at Keyway we named it the Freedom Rendevous. Greg and Debra were on hand. We had a small group as weather limited access. In the past two years we have had guests at our place including, Laura Hillenbrand author of Seabiscuit and Unbroken who was there to interview our guest Lt. Col. Richard E. Cole,my wife's uncle John Luke the last survivor of the original crew of 909 who was the ball turett gunner who flew over Normandy on D-day. Anyway I want to quit circleing and "cut to the chase" we are having our annual fly- in the weekend after Labor Day 2020 and would love to have you come as we honor the true patriots in our past please bring you plane and your dog and join us. And please let's talk soon. My phone #3602962498. With deepest respect Jay Hafford

I used to live in the Midwest and was fortunate enough to see your airshow many times and meet you. Now on the East coast, I have missed you for the last decade! I just traded my vehicle with the last sticker I had for Julie Clark Aviation. Is there any way to get more?? My vehicles have worn your sticker with pride for 30 years!! You have been a real inspiration to me & I LOVE your patriotic airshow. Thank you!

Just saw the Joshua Ibay video on your dad. I had no idea this happened. It is obvious that you have carried on his love of flying. My dad was a P-51 driver, F-86 and finally an F-100 jockey. I went the other way, hit the Army and stayed on the ground but I still have his blood in me and always enjoy anytime in the air be it commercial or private. My best to you and to the memory or your father, the first officer and all innocents on board that plane. DB

Love you, Julie! Looks like you have retired from the airshow circuit, probably a good idea at our age! Or not! Fly the Hell out of your machine and love every minute of it! I miss you. We had such fun at Clear Lake! Wish I could remember the name of the old guy that I took for a ride. No need to reply. I understand that your life has become big. Just know that I love what you do.
